What! This place is awesome! I wish we had this place close to us where we live, amazing location, fast and friendly service and delicious food! Okay get ready y’all they have a major sweet bar for the kids and adults, an awesome menu, tasty drinks galore and a mini indoor arcade with a little library station for the kids! Awesome spot for the whole family! We love it!

Since we are traveling with our Cane Corso, we looked up "dog friendly" restaurants. From the second we walked in, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very down-to-earth. Although a bit outdated, my son loved the arcade room. He also LOVED their homemade mac-n-cheese. Their bacon cheeseburger was very delicious as well. The gentleman at the register was super generous and excited to meet our Mastiff puppy. If we ever pass through Houston again, we will definitely be eating here.

The food was delicious and our youngest enjoyed playing in the arcade. The picnic tables located in the front and back were also a nice option for dining. I especially enjoyed the story of how the restaurant was started. It was touching...as we ourselves have a had a unique experience with our 6 year old having been born with a surprise cleft palate and making the yearly trip to Shriners Hospital in Texas.

Our Story

Little Matt’s was founded eight years ago on faith, love, and hope. We opened with a blessing and Catholic Mass  for one hundred and fifty people on November 5th, 2009. Our mission from the beginning was to donate proceeds to families at Texas Children’s Hospital who have been affected by cancer.  I felt it was my duty to thank God for allowing my son to survive Acute Lymphoma Leukemia Cancer twice in his life.

The Wish Wall you see as you enter the restaurant serves as a reminder that we are blessed each day and that wishes can in fact come true.

We strongly support the BMT floor at Texas Children’s Hospital, Dec My room, His Grace Foundation, Halo House Foundation, ZoAnn Dreyer, MD-TCH Long Term Survivor Program, The Periwinkle Foundation, and Camp for All. We also give special thanks to Father Jimmy Shadid.
